Sell or Buy a Financial Practice Utilizing Our Practice Exchange

For those advisers who do not require the entire breadth of assistance and support available with our advisory services, our listing and transactional service may be the way to go.  Under this form of engagement, a seller will list their business for sale with us, and we, in turn, will refer our interested buyers to them.

When the seller has identified a specific buyer to move forward with, we help consummate the transaction by acting as a transaction broker.  In that role we provide guidance and assistance - without being an agent or advocate for either party - on the steps necessary to help ensure a successfully concluded transaction.
